when i did solo on warlock and got 2 eps at lvl 95+.. i couldnt heal against them.. meaning even if i healed all the time including high salvation and my heal charm on main slot healing for ~800 normal heal and 8000 with full salvation was simply not enough.
1-2 healers would be a joke against 9 eps. if you ever try MM and want to use 1-2 healers only.. just safe your time ^^ this means as well that even if you got an unfair advantage ^^ if the eps want to take you down and get some lucky hits.. they GET you down. no matter what you do. the higher you get.. the more luck you need to not get too many crits or even 4 healers concentrating on you wont do shit.

about the robes vs armors thing.. at lvl 71 when monsters do lets say 400 dmg.. and you have 300 armor with a tank.. you take only 100 dmg vs a robe that would take lets say 350 or more dmg.. but if monsters do 2000+ dmg (allrdy at lvl 95.. dont want to know how much they do at lvl 120+) the tank takes still.. (lets say he has 600 defence with high vita then) 2000-600 = 1400 dmg while a robe would take 2000-100 = 1900 dmg.. this isnt such a big difference any more (remember 350 vs 100 dmg was 3,5 times dmg and now 1900 vs 1400 which isnt even 1,5 times dmg)
to make things short: the higher you get the less important is your armor..but the more important your heal. so 1 tank, 1 guard, 2 mages wasnt a bad choice at all.. (mages wont do low dmg anyways)


what chris said: main chars would help a lot ofc.. but i think i would be afraid too ^^ i did a solo 1-101 on my main char.. but i think the risk of dying is lower if you solo and got tons of life..


The guardian SHOULD BE THE tank to charge his salvation faster so he can consistantly heal himself for thousands every few seconds with just 1 click while he attacks. i did a 1-101 solo too using a guardian with a 40 stat plate and i had no issues at all. I never even towned after 71 for mana or health.

Yeah, we talked about it, but we already made the setup different, but still.

I will make a few vids from yesterday and show u how smashed we got.

well you are right in that point.. the guard should be in front to charge his salvation.. but imagine one party pooper monster that stuns ^^
so hoping for the salvation alone isnt enough.

I solo'd to 101 on my WL, had no issues either. Could solo to 101 on any character and be fine. Get to level 110+ with 9 waves, EP's and that is where the problem lies. Level 55 gear can only take you so far while the monsters start hitting harder and have more life. Get a few bad spins are you're lvl 200 and has taken 8 hours to do a maze for 5-10 gps.


I like how everyone had their own ideas on how to do it, so I challenge you to try it. Make sure to let me know when you try I'll come cheer you on

Doesn't make a difference at all at that lvl. He's got high points into salvation and your getting hit every attack by then, it charges constantly and fast. But there in lies the problem, it's not only him getting beat to death it's the entire group at the same time all with high health pools. The issue is just at the current set up with the monsters leveling with you and the amount of damage and hp they have it just doesn't work. There's a massive difference some have seen with monsters that are lvl71 vs monsters 95-101, well there's also a difference with the 101lvl monsters vs the 115+. It's just overwhelming no matter the set up. And I think that's the point people are missing. Either something changes with the exp gain or monster strength or it won't be done as is.

Your right thats why niclas should have 40% mullti heal aswell not 10 its just simple mechanics that need changed and it would be slightly better.

i like how you post something public about your failure then refuse to accept criticism about how you could possible make it a better outcome. Guardian is a tank/healer hes the best in the game at that role why would you put him middle. If you dont want people to have something to say about it keep it in your private guild chats.. I also tried to attempt this many times before i sold my 50% of my gear and NO ONE WOULD. i even talked to randy about it and chris but they were not really interested.. There is a limited amount of players that will attempt this. Hell just to get people to do sneaky was a issue...i even bought 1 million mana and fish just to do this and i had all the glyphs you would need to help boost the group all 35+ stats 5 hours of each stat worth for every player. No one was willing to attempt it.

I missclicked, was going into salvation for emergancy, but yeah ^^
Next time i attempt this , i will do it on my main warlock or a mule warlock.

The bad thing is guardian becomes the hindrence late game because no damage. But again front or mid at that stage he still charges like mad.
