It'll be based on the item level, so the (current) 150 cap will be removed, so that you could exceed it at higher levels, but the lower levels will cap out accordingly (and you don't need it anyway, as I said, I can do 1-20 with crap gear, no LpK).
I dont know when it'll happen but it's on my to-do list.
Anyway, back to this feature, come on guys, you can find it!
