Fell in a TD @ level 20 (if not 19), decided to explore and found a Well (good for prof hunting) and so I started throwing in Tier IV's and Tier V's... this is a side drop @ level 20 in this Event with a +300% Minimum Monster Level with 0 ML and it is just a trash item in my eyes, but, I have come across other welled items that are average like this robe:
Rare silk robe
Level Req: 15
Physical Defense: 0 to 22
Magical Defense: 31 to 95
+107% Enhanced Effect+4% Mana Syphon
Junk items like these I held onto:

Damage: 14 to 140

All items either average of junk, depending on the player, and all these items I kept are from the first TD during this event without ML and only welling... so find a Well in a TD... you may get something awesome, or not... it is all RNG Gods design.
