Well. I finally made it. That was painful.

MQed on my bufcore monk. First door fail.

I don't know if I will give it another go with 0 gear again.

Seriously though. Painful.

Reading all of this made me decide to give it a whirl.

Hopefully I can shake the stigma of not caring about dying cuz hardcore is new to me. But wish me luck!

I reset my gear every climb. I carry over a t1 weapon only because you don't start with one.
Level 1 is actually very scary as a monk with no armor lol

I started again...
This climb has been horrible gear wise. Still have a level 15 weapon at level 35.

Not wanting to use older self found gear from previous climbs at all? Heck of a challenge to start fresh once you get to the specific gear type classes

e: played a little bit last week, got to 35. No special drops, only found one well and it disappeared after putting one item in

Sammy was as easy as feeder. Pally was a bit more difficult.
But monk..... honestly just don't do it. I can't tell you why I'm making a second attempt at it

I can only imagine. Lol sammy is my favorite to solo. Way to ez to get vita right and tank. I can't imagine using a monk.

I hate playing my SC monk and I have good gear.

I regretted playing rogue instead of fighter.. but I kinda enjoy the challenge. But im playing super slow and steady Lol.
