What the hell is that?! I thought these dropped the same way as potions!! I wonder what that means for the people who had totems previously...

What happened when you used it? Or was it just a graphical thing? Was it a "click to use" or an automatic effect?

I wont lie... if its an automatic effect and gives me +1 gp on HC im going to be PISSED. My OCD will kill me if I had an odd number for an extended time
