ps; I love the update so far. Just spent over 10k on a charm that is now useless.. (paul give strength some lovin back eh?) but cata's looks a lot more fun.

I'm one of those people who enjoy playing with others though. Do feel sorry for those who were solo lovers.

Looking forward to seeing what else is going to be done I may actually have to kick start this addiction again.

pps; my dialup hates the lasers.

I love this new update when I can play with friends. It is new and exciting and new builds are yet to be discovered. But at work and many times at home when I am watching the kids, I cannot play in groups very often. This is what makes me sad is that I cannot play ls efficiently without a group. I will continue to play ls as I always have, but I will have to wait for times when I can slash with groups, which is only 10% of the time I slash now

Well, my 2 cents-

Arena is gone- really sucks. It was hard enough before to find a group. I only get a few hours a day to play and it's usually pretty hard to get a run. Even a shitty one. Mr. Taulborg has the idea that if you don't want to play with a group, then fuck you. Well, that would be fine if there were more than 50 people playing at a time and groups could be made easily.

Prof is gone/nerfed- I always wondered before if maybe that was just something he did to fil the LS kiddies ( not calling anyone a kid mind you) heads full of sweet dreams. Make you think your weapon of choice was getting better. Can anyone actually prove that their axe did any better with 15 prof than it did without? Anyway... if you now cant get something ( I was leveling in catas and actually managed to get a lvl and my prof went up exactly 0) why not just remove the illusion from the picture? Pipedreams are pipedreams

Welling is ridiculous- You have to hope that you can find a well in catas? Seriously, wtf? That was such a bad idea. Now people are going to want to stop and well all of the tier 1 items they picked up. The only good thing I've seen about it so far is that it is incredibly easy. ( I probably shouldn't have said that)

Drop quality increased- my ass. I gained an entire lvl on 1 char and almost a lvl on another 1. The best thing I saw was a rare lvl 5. Wtf? That's increased? Another pipedream.

Paul is always going to do something that is going to make some people happy ( in this case it seems like very few) and piss some people off. ( seems like a majority here). He nerfs one thing and makes another better. This would be great if everyone had a shit load of fg and could afford to buy the new godly gear. Oh wait..... Everyone can have a shitload of fg. It's called PayPal/MoneyGram.

Being able to solo a whole maze in catas is pretty cool. But you don't get anything from it. Experience sucks. Profs are gone ( or may as well be if they aren't). Drops suck like normal, so no change there. I don't think I am going to quit, but I'm certainly not as enthusiastic about the game as I used to be. I don't have a Facebook acct, but Farmville is starting to look good.

On a completely separate note -- i foresee some fun guild vs guild duels in the new dueling arena, that seems intriguing Perhaps a bit of strategy required.

I'm pretty sure I said quality. Not quantity. I found a shitload of bullshit items. Mostly magical/rare tier i. Some were even as godly as tier ii.

you obviously have no idea what you're talking about. After saying this , here's a few pointers
1. play the game as it is now, bitch about it after you have actually tried it.
2. arena gone makes getting a group harder? ... great logic there
3. welling all the tier I items? sure go for it and let me know if you're still expecting 200+ ee on the outcome
4. drop quality increased... i only have to say that in a group it's possible to find items with a lvl req equal to your lvl ..wait i forgot you wanted lvl 55 drops at lvl 10..my bad
5. need shitloads of fg to get gear? maybe you shouldn't have sold your dex/life steal gear at some point? or maybe actually plan your game before investing...

nothing personal , but you just prove that complaining is easier than trying to adapt..not your fault, it's human nature to try and change the environment instead of adapting and "surviving"

Drops are certainly changed, i did 1-71 yesterday. I haven't seen so much wellables and 45+ items drop in a very very long time

1 question for you. Are you high or did you just read every 4th word of my post?

1) I did play it. Did you miss where I said I played enough to get almost 2 lvls on 2 chars?

2) I never said the arena being gone made it harder to find a group. What kind of sense does that make? I said it was hard to find a group period. I dont live on this site all day. I have to play when I get the chance. It's not always easy to get a group.

3) When did I say I wanted 200+ ee items from a tieri? What???

4) Again, when did I say I wanted lvl 55 drops at lvl 10. I was actually leveling a lvl 61 Paladin. Still almost the only thing I found was shitty tieri and ii. Is that too hard for you to understand?

5) I haven't ever sold off any of my gear. If anything, all I have done is add to what I had.

There's a few pointers for you since you obviously don't know what you're talking about.

i would realy like to see some "marker" on the maze that shows the position of those new "dark water"-pools!

that way you can at least try to find a "short path" to the "dark water"-pool, instead of running around clueless for
hours through an almost completly explored maze, ending up falling through a trapdoor (i am playing as fighter) and
starting all over again...

i simply dont got enough storage slots on my mules and my vault, in order to keep all the wellables that are dropping...

that is rather frustrating, since as muter/glypher i am welling everything from tier 3+ and i need those items!!!
