The facts you just stated are true.
But they don't gain 'ownership' of the item, they just have the power on where it goes.
It's just a dispicable thing, the only arguement you have, is that it cannot be undone by the owner of the item, and due to a lame disclaimer, it's not 'TECHNICALLY' punishable.

1. If I were to receive a Trusted or Mediator tag, the first thing I would do is flame paul until he was forced to ban me for a moment's peace. I've stated this before, and I'll state it again. I don't need it, I don't want it, and if I get it, I'll not react kindly.
2. This isn't about being insightful. It's about being realistic. I don't need your respect. What I do need is for the people whom I react with in a business-like manner, be it blind-listing on the market, or LS Trades forum trades to keep their shit together and have a firm touch on reality.
This is reality. Deal with it.
