i think its widely known that muting was nerfed hard about 1.5 years ago, but has anyone noticed another change in drop rate to even lower? im lucky to get an 80 ee weapon 1 time out of 200 stats.

I've noticed too. From transmute 39-49, my highest ee was 126. That's over a period of 5 months of dedicated muting
