So I have been playing LS off an on for awhile now. I grew tired of D2 and concentrating more on my LS. Would like a few tips and got a few questions also. If anyone could help that would great.

I was wondering what this LS was all about... But I can't find out... I think I'm doing something wrong... :S

I try to log in @ http://ladderslasher.d2jsp.org/LS_122S.htm
Using my d2jsp account, password and gold password... but it only says "logging in..." (for more then a half hour)

Any1 got any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Question. If you do guild only does it do anything other than only let your guild members join your party? I had heard rumors of better drops and more exp. If anyone can shed some light on this for me would be excellent

Taken from the LS Portal:

"The player also has a option to make the game Guild only, (this increases experience and drop rates, but only allows members of your guild to join)."


I can tell you from experience that the increase is not huge, and you might not even notice any difference, at least I don't always notice it.

Guild-only games can be fun just for the teamwork and friend factor, it's a lot easier to communicate with friends/guildies than it is with the general public.

Hello Peeps am just wondering is this game like diablo in some way, i have been looking through the forum since i joined to see where everything is and i noticed people playing this game.
So i was thinking of having ago myself but not sure if the game is for players like me.

Hi, I wanted to start and buy some equipment
I realized the best way would be buy dagger (perhaps 0lv, 5,10,15,20,25,35,45,55), robes (dex) and charms (dex)
I dont want to get pro gear, just one to climb to mq with catas
I am casual player so i will be satisfacted with that items, dont need clubs or swords for more characters, now dagger will work
I was wondering how much forum gold do i have to get?
As I said i dont need best eq, for example:
0lv - 50ee
5lv - 60
10 - 65
15 - 70
20 - 70
25 - 70
35 - 70
45 - 75
55 - 85
and few robes and charm
