Damage: 227 to 607

+250% Enhanced Effect
+10% Heal Mastery
+1 Jubilance

58 ee + 7 int on a heal charm = 61.5, int counts as 0.5 hm, 1 hm counts as 1 ee on heals

I think!

still better than the 60 ee one though.

since when does hm count as ee? This is an EE item not hm so int counts as 1ee

its 1ee=1int
1int=.5hm

On heals 1 hm counts as .5 int.

So in theory if you say 1 ee is 1 int, 1 hm is 2 ee on a heal charm.

Okay sorry. Was certain HM counted as more ee than int. Thanks for clearing that up.
