Maybe crap for most, but for a Bufcore character continuing in runs, I needed EIS item:

Angelic heal II
Heals: 10 to 28
+2 Extra Equipment Slots
+1 to 2 Mana per Attack
+1% Glancing Blow
+1% Lightning Mastery

Trashed my Tier III +1 Extra Equipment Slots focus heal.
