Wow, Congrats, im glad to see muting is still viable. I went the past 4 levels with nothing over 100ee. Persistence I guesss..

It's not viable at all. Im nearly 40 muting and the closest I've made anything decent is a level 20 dagger with 94% EE. People are finding better on normal mobs exploring solo.

not to mention the only way to get to where you can mute that high is to basically devote all your time into muting for years... I think had anyone known the real payoff compared to time spent, nobody would have done muting.

I knew the real payoff compared to time spent when I started muting—I’m still going all the way I don’t even need to mute anything nice for it to be worth it either. I’m enjoying it immensey as is. People like Pat are an inspiration though. Almost all high lvl muters complain after rerolling trash over and over. I don’t think I’ve seen Pat complain about the low drop rates in the new muting system and every once in a while he does the impossible again

Muting was not made into a skill to be "Fun" it was due to everyone and their dog making insane items by just throwing them in the mute box (which made it fun and profitable) and people complaining that the market was flooded. Now its just spend years on it and if you are fucking lucky you MIGHT make something insane after several years, or be the unlucky RNG bitch that gets nothing. How many players do you see doing this for fun 1-3? I do it for prof and hopes I can get some fg back that I have thrown away in vault fees or make something I can use in a climb.
