Making this change would be good for everyone. I can't understand why people voted no other than pure selfishness and spite.
All of the actual "top" muters who can mute 55 items said yes. A few random people voted no and others didn't read enough about it to have an opinion.

I already provided an explanation why I voted no, as well as a couple other people who did. We have our opinions on why this would be a bad change. Calling us "selfish and spiteful" because we voted differently from you is just immature. Period. Grow up. I still think this change will be bad for LS, but if njag wants to implement this change then more power to him. I don't really care that much anyway because game's dead and it's not that great of a game as it used to be. This change won't make LS better IMO.

What seriously needs to be changed or brought back: improved chance for better stats, fix ML, well in town, improve soloing xp, make the game more friendly for new players, ... and more. There's so many things wrong with LS right now.

It won't make a lick of difference if the economy crashes in a week and those people quit again anyway. It sounds stupid and greedy but this game needs to be self supporting fg wise. Selling gp is currently the only consistent way to make fg and that's just not possible for newer players that can't afford/find an mq weapon.

Are you playing the lottery for your retirement plan? I said "this game needs to be self sustaining fg wise" and you basically said "well if the roulette wheel lands on 7 black, you're good to go". Gambling essence can't be profitable or the sellers won't sell, they will just roll them.

If they have lots of fg to sink into something they don't even play to begin with (we're talking about new players here, I'm assuming). Which doesn't make any sense to me. Who would? Would you sink fg into a game you never played before, gamble or not? I know I wouldn't. And if I did an ounce of research into LS, I'd realize fast that I only have like 1 in 10,000 chance of getting something good. That's at least 50k fg, assuming they sell each essence for only 5 fg (lol so cheap). That is not profit at all.

No no, this update will not fix LS at all. Not even close. Never mind it'd most likely destroy suffusencing and it's already pathetic to begin with (just look at the ladder ranks on both hc/sc).
