Is this still a QQ thread because everyone thinks they deserve to make massive amounts of FG for simply playing LS

We could re-introduce a few contests -- such as the once-popular MQ raffle, and restrict participation to players who have started to play within a certain time frame.

Most of you remember how it ran -- once a player reached MQ, he was assigned a raffle number, and at the end of the week 5 numbers were drawn for an equal split of the prize fund.

The fund was totally supported by donations from the LS community.

I ran these before, with some success, and I would not mind doing it again.

The only drawback that I see here is the speed at which players ( even new ones) reach MQ due to the 2-hour cata-races that have become the main mode of play.

The raffle# list would probably be filled on the first or second day, and boredom would set in waiting for the prize draw.

There is any thread that you won't spam? Read again the title of it and If you want to post something that is not related pls go on donors forum. Some QQ some just try to find an answer in their ways. You are totaly avoiding the subject.

That's my opinion on what the real problem is. Deal with it.

dunno when you started ls, but back then, grinding was a viable way to grow up.
today, grinding just don't pay out anymore.

Yea I'm a huge problem. I invigorated the HC economy more than a lot of people can imagine. I've dumped over 500k FG into it, creating trust that if you find a good item there will be competition and you'll get paid. Get a clue before speaking out of your ass daily with your powertrip bullshit.



As soon as you realize that the mindset of the new slashers is what the real problem is, the quicker you'll realize you can't fix it. New slashers still come and the real ones stick around and the ones you're attempting to attract are all failing anyway

The motivation for attracting new slashers is a selfish one for most of you in the first place.

the mindset is 1 problem and the noob-friendlyness of the game the other.
1 part can be fixed and we try to find some solutions for this part.

invest your energies in finding possibilities to solve this and not to spam or rage about new peoples mindset.

Difference is that you can go pretty far in most free games when you play for free.

In here you won't get anywhere if you play for free.

Unless you have gear from previous patches where you could actually make a buck (Arena and old muting) you pretty much have to buy fg or face an eternity of mediocreness.

There is not really any good way to start at the bottom and climb to the top in this game anymore.

You are so wrong. To invigorate a market you must give free fgs to multiple players that will buy themselves items to play with. In fact you were just a black hole that pulls items into its singularity and will not sell them again. What do you expect that I just get myself 1000 bottles of wine and slash like a mad man just to find a godly item becouse TJ will buy it? There were players in the past that even payed more then you and we don't work just becouse you are able to buy items. You buy them becouse you want to be good at a game and as some of humans do, you think to be good at something you must pay for it. If you pay for a game it does not mean you are good at it, it means you just have an advantage.
