Consider it "poor form" or "bad mannered" all you wish. But you either gave or sold the item to that person. It is no longer yours. It is theirs, to do with as they wish. Wrap your simple mind around it.

There is no such thing as a "scam" in ladderslasher. Merely the childish trust of naive people who are excessively simple to take advantage of. Do you enjoy being simple? If not, grow up, quit whining, and move on, mate.

But due to programming, they cannot, and for that reason, it is up to the loaner, to conscientiously send back the item.

It is the same situation as a d2 trade, except there is usually mutual trust ( which is why it's WORSE than a d2 trade)

And there is just no way to mediate the safe return of the item.

It's essentially like a d2 xfer.

But, the main part is that this isn't diablo. Scamming is impossible in ladder slasher.

The facts you just stated are true.

But they don't gain 'ownership' of the item, they just have the power on where it goes.

It's just a dispicable thing, the only arguement you have, is that it cannot be undone by the owner of the item, and due to a lame disclaimer, it's not 'TECHNICALLY' punishable.
