Im not sure where you get your numbers but its more like 10/12 when you use logic as well as gear restrictions... Ya you COULD put it on an alchy but you might be braindead if you run melee alch...

Right but its not a matter of less useful than others so much as without a weapon you hit 0s. Simple as that. While you CAN equipped it you CANT use it as there is literally no benefit from having it on. You may as well have nothing equip or put on a white.

Your point is Mod, you are correct, then counter is, not as useful for a club user, which removes other classes, it is a continual counter argument of "if this or that = so n so and so forth", thus, I kept it to BASIC logic and the reference was to restriction.



Again, counter argument... it is the only heal charm the Alchemist has available... thus it is useful.
