Yes I was responding to the part where he asked if 20 drops are overspawn cause he's lvl 14

Could be from either a(n) 'Evil Presence', 'Well side drop', 'Map', 'Event' or being down a 'Trap Door' ... it is not because of the Magic Luck. Some monsters level will be higher than character level when exploring catacomb, and on those occasions, you may get the rare higher Tier item.
