Just buy 1mil fg worth of gear and you good to go bud

I solo’d my pally from 61 to 75 last night and it was difficult for sure. But this is also not your average event, this is a difficult event and some people enjoy that. It was a small sample but I would say drops were better also, so there is potential for reward.

Still waiting to read some new players experiences during such events, thought that was the actual point of this thread

Im not sure if i quality as 'new' as a returning player.

Im feeling these events are hard but that is what makes them fun. Better chance at getting better items is more likely i catch up to the good guys....

I love md events, i havent played in the past few days but this one made me want to team up with brad today for a full explore 1-mq using probably MD maps even lol. (starting in 5 hours : P)

Anyways its not a bad idea to merge those MD like stats!

Ofc it would be ideal if people could just turn it on/off as it wouldnt harm anyone.

Im a relatively new player. Having THIS much MD is redonk. Im all for making events to make things more challenging, i get it. And as a newb with not so great gear I dont expect to be able to walk thru and bash everything. However, if I cant play without constantly dieing or sitting in town to regen and then fighting for 20 seconds, whats the point of playing? Im trying my best honestly to play, and we did a group climb last night. We made it, somehow, thanks to people who have good gear and know how to play. But as a new player, this event sucks balls, along with all the other recent MD events.


/Edit In before someone tells me to buy more gear/grind for gear/use real money to buy fg to buy gear.

we jsut did 3 climbs with 1h 5min // 57 min and 1h 2m


and in the last one we even had a fake tank with an monk and full vita


so yeah group climbs are still working jsut stat more vita back row like 55-60 compared to 40 with no difficulty

the current event aside, which is very difficult and everyone acknowledges is a bit ridiculous for new players, you've had difficulty with the random low end MD events over the past couple months?

I have done solo MQ climbs on HC with gear probably worse at lvl 55 than your gear and I have not experienced that much adversity.

What's your opinion?
