I had a lot of time on my hands so I read through this entire thread.
- I completely agree with the cheaper vault.
- The fast autopilot doesn't bother me either way but I think it would help the community out overall.
- I think selling white items would help people make FG. Like mentioned before, people aren't going to let high tier whites go cheap, if at all.

By no means am I a "vet" but I have MQ'd around 300 times (enough for me to form my own opinion).

The two main topics I read over and over were bringing new people into the game and being able to make more FG.

Quite a few people mentioned that the reason we don't have many newcomers is because it is too expensive too start out. In my opinion, this is not the case. Very often I see 100ee items on the markets place (weapons/armors/charms) for under 20fg. 100ee gear will allow you to be able to solo fine and be able to find some groups without being kicked. With 500fg you can afford a cheap setup to help you out. Many games people play take about 500fg to be relatively useful.

I think the main reason newcomers aren't staying is because of the community. Instead of trying to help people and make it enjoyable for them to stay, many people tend to give new people the cold shoulder. I know this from experience and many people I have met on here have said the same. I join new guilds, not LS oriented, often and people tend to treat me pretty bad when they see my guild pop up. I could only assume others are treated the same. How do you expect someone to want to stay and invest FG if a lot of people out there want nothing to do with you.

I understand you don't want to waste your time teaching people but at least answer a couple questions and lead them in the right direction. I know there are many guides out there to help you start but a lot of people are visual learners anyways. Not to mention that people probably just click on the game link in the top right to check it out without even knowing about LS related forums. I don't know about you guys but I never went on forums before JSP. Most people I have met on here say this is the only forum they have been on. So don't expect them to be experts in this field. It took me a while to navigate to different sections of JSP when I started. If someone from Ladder Slasher didn't take me under their wing and teach me different aspects of the game, I wouldn't be playing right now. I imagine quite a few slashers out there know exactly what I am talking about.


I also saw a couple people post about getting FG from MQs. I don't see a need for this. If you want to make FG for MQing then you can easily join a guild that pays for them. In the three years I have played there has almost always, if not always, been guilds paying for guild points. A lot of times they are not slashing guilds but making FG by MQing is almost always available.

Keep in mind that this is all just my opinion. I enjoy slashing and I would love to see this community grow. In my opinion, it starts with us, not Paul.

Needs a full ladder reset....items and all!!!! and paul made this game bad now.....back in the day i could play never ending because i could mute and have fun........i REALLY loved the game when it was cata and no skills.......when you killed 1 then 2 then 3 etc.........if paul really really wanted this game to be good again then go back to that version

Like how d2 resets......once there is to much items then it boring and you make no fg
but when it resets all items gets expensive and becomes fun for a while

If the items that we have worked so hard to get are gone with a reset, then so will all the remaining players go.

Don't make the mistake of comparing this game to D2. That game has multiple copies of every item in the game
(Can you say dupes), and they are re-made with minimal effort in a very short time after reset (Along with the dupes)

In this game every item is unique to itself, and even if there are some that have the identical stats,
they are unique items unto themselves, because duping is not possible in LS.

Work hard to get items again.....i dont see any game getting any better when it has a massive amont of good items in game.
One thing is for sure.....if this game ever whats to be great again somthing needs to change
