Yes, under Hybrid Armor it is listed as Best in game, I used to own it:

I was talking about the best lvl 15 leather. I asked about that specifically since they are grouped as med armors. I was just curious. Friend pmed me and said it was a 120 ee w/ adds.

so basically its a corpse... i dont think we should include dead items to the list. in hc dead items get deleted from the list, too, even if the char still can be viewn.

and what about perma afk ppl? owners of some of the items on the list are off for a couple of years now, and how can u determine if they're ever gonna return to ls or not?
