I seem to recall him saying that this game was about group play and effort. We can't even begin to envision how he will make LS look in version 1.30 since we have to adapt gradually.

I simply think paul owes a little more to the people that have made the game successful, and hear out the input a little more.

This game is not a game that can rely on multi-player capabilities yet. It's a great game to play when you're bored, and in between things. Im suggesting he take implements an effective way to solo that's still fun and practical.

I'm not one to be pessimistic at updates, i'm still here to stay, and anxious to see what's coming up, i just think the updates should be less drastic and less devastating.

prof still acts as ee and adds to the damage...the fact that you can't gain it that easy..well that's another story.
Arena soloing is gone..i see some qq about it... you know what? i used to arena only, rarely group cata because of i lack the "hours of continuous free time" , so if anyone would cry about it, it would be me.
And that's on Hc .

Now i see people complaining about gear being "not as godly as it used to" , what do you expect? a ladder reset every 4-5 weeks? Casting got nerffed ? just get 2 decent casters in a group , a tank and 2 melee chars, let me know how that works. if you can still complain after you try it , you're obviously doing it wrong.

Another interesting thing is people selling "useless" gear now, really high stats items that they find to be no good anymore... jeesh people when are you going to learn that there is no useless mod , anything with decent stats can be put to good use, if not now, maybe in the next update.

Anyway, i'm about to pass the dimensions of an acceptable wall-of-text so i'll stop . We are aware there's no way everyone can be please, never , unless you let each player create his own class, gear , and edit the game as they like.. woo perfect gear for everyone, 1 hit kill on everything, and LS becoming Solitaire ......

I'd love to. Too bad I've only found 2 steady groups all day. Each one I gained about 10 levels. If I could solo a few levels then look for a group for that range, I would be ok with that. And I'm not talking about arena, I'd enjoy the solo cata system, but not at 25+ mins per level, low level at that.

I actually liked the solo concept of the game having to move, and attack. Eps raped me but I could go to town which was pretty easy, and could have saved me a ton of fg on heals on hc xD But there is no way this had enough testing done to be publicly released IMO (before you jump on my nuts) Maybe in a month alot of the bugs will be worked out and such, some people will return some wont. ALL games have turnovers.

keep it inventory and find a "room with dark water" you can well items in there

maybe you should try when people are out from school/work , till then do some soloing , i manage ok with random gear on hc , on a robe character.

Last night, again , hardcore (that has way less players than sc ) , 2 group for lvl 26 range , we even played 4 people , all melee , no healer , and we did 7 lvls under one hour for sure (didn't check the time, might have been 30 min )
Don't tell me that the ability to fill any group as it's going isn't helping you get a group going... you don't have to remake a group to accept someone new , you don't lose the quest you're doing if someone has to leave (except mirror maze).. don't have to remake the group and lose the explored area when a healer runs oom ...

so please tell me how these updates are not meant to make group playing way way easier.
Start a group (even alone) and start playing ,as soon as someone joins the game and is in range they will notice you...no worries

I don't really care to be honest. But I will miss Arena.
