there really isnt many items that would improove it that i have seen xD

the problem with a lot of people's hybrids
is they concentrate on having the longest chains
when the fastest thing would be to have chains of around 15, which lets you always have enough to shrine to full
that's not to say you can't be faster if you have chains of 20 instead of 15, but once you hit 15, you should try to make those chains faster, not just longer

Hybrids have the ability to go no regen at 55+ and I could be wrong but I don't that with the current system a caster would be able to do that. (I don't feel hybrids deserve to be nerfed for this)

With speed, comes more regen time, fewer chains and more time regening or gathering shrines. (Evening out the difference in killing speed)

Also, I heard that a race between a hybrid sc HH and a HC warlock were fairly close on soloing time so I don't feel the gap between melee and casting is all that great.

with fish you can do full chains on any class, and on the warlock it was rather nice. Not sure if this is still possible, before you could use fish inbetween your kills so your chain would remain. And yes racing the sc HH i did with 65 vit at the time and that was really close considering my level times are about 5-6 min @ 65+ with 65 vit, actually I hit 71 before tim but i opened a door and he first door failed to win ofc...

although a full int warlock sc style destroys anything still

Vouch. More people need to memorize that little fact

But they have become a lot less effective seeing as you can only use 1-2 fish per kill bc of the time requirment

nah 5-8 easy, if they are in the quickslots
