Well they arent?

I mean i got this lzl 0 tier 1 robe with 1-77 life per kill and im lvl 5 and still it goes 1-10 life per kill.

edit: can u fix check this?


Max on tier 1 is 10

tier 2 is 20

tier 3 is 30 and so forth.

They are capped per tier. Not Per max on current level.

so wait can we please have this clearified by somebody testing it or by paul

It says they are capped by tier but there are 2 theories
1: Capped by the tier of the item (so tier 1 is max 10 lpk)
2: Capped by the tier that can be equipped (so tier 1 items can have 30 lpk at lvl 0 but 40 at lvl 5 and so on)

nah, not better drops
haven't seen any 55item dropped @ maze catas in 71-75lvl
