I also believe Option A would be the best of your 3 Options:

A: would be added a label on the item like "sent by xyv" and remain visible until you withdraw the item from your Vault;
B: you get any jsp notification with item ID and sender acc to be able to re-check if you received any item from your guild mate;
C: if you receive an item you will have an extra Vault Category (withdrawal only).

I don't need more notifications popping up. The Extra Vault category would be annoying, not sure if you meant it to create it automatically by the sender when they send items.

I just thought if anybody send you anything that new category just pop ups in your Vault and disappear automaticly when all items withdrawed.

Ahh, you are talking about the B... choice. Yup, don't like it, I prefer option A ... it is individual, whereas, "Notifications" are also related to JSP ... just like you PM'ing me, I get a "Notification" that you PM'd me when I just log into D2jsp whether I am playing D2R as and example and I only want to trade D2R items (remember, this is only an example because I haven't the PC specs to even play this game etc... )
