so alch is 1 in 720 for 100 gps, so you get 1/72th of a GP per attempt to some extent.
Samurai to pally is 5 for 1 in 6. so 5/6th

if anything alchemist should be closer if not more than 500 GP's.

Monk ~25
Paladin ~10
Samurai ~5
Feeder ~2

This if anything is more balanced than whatever you're suggesting and seeing i believe i'm recommending the opposite means i'm gonna vote no xD

Also, to make seasons last longer and let people play more characters, while allowing you to choose between HH and alch as the last class just make alch unable to wear armor too, so they have to be naked except for charms (maybe give them 40 more base int to compensate) then make a second way to reset the ladder:

Currently you can reset the ladder only by passing alch once.

I'd make it random , everytime the ladder resets make the order of the classes change to give people more of a chance.... ( Like could keep alch as last one )

Id also remove guardian from feeder class and put it inbetween monk and ninja....

I'd also make a new class after headhunter which was heavy plates and heavy weapons only ( no charm ) ... And adding more classes makes the seasons last longer. ( Alot longer in some circumstances)

But guild points are pointless.... So you could make it a million gps every pass still means nothing....
