Yep I got a lifesteal charm myself and I personally find lifesteal to be a great tier 2 mod, now if only they would buff lpk and mpk the same way they did with lifesteal that'd be awesome lol

and as for the mana regen, I don't think it would really add much value to the armor but I could be wrong. It's always possible that there is someone out there who needs that very niche and would be willing to pay for it

I could see someone paying more than 100 for it, but not much, coming from that user, since he made reputation of buying stuff cheaper and then selling it for more, so most ppl are aware to not buy from him if they needed, or to get it pc and not buy for his price ever

The Armor is great in MY opinion for a Melee character that also heals when solo'ing... the Mana Regen is obsolete, but it has double digits to regen mana pool when healing, thus being optimal in that sense. Also, it is a Scale armor with a little bit if EE for a build that uses "Damage / Hit" Abilities like Retribution (Barb/Fighter/Rogue), Two Hit Back (Samurai) or even Revenge (Paladin).

So, for a solo'er with the +Dex / Mana regen ... it is decent... I solo a lot on Hardcore, I use this armor for Guardian / Samurai and Paladin @ level 60 to Master Quest:

Angelic tempered diamond plate mail
Level Req: 45
Physical Defense: 39 to 118
Magical Defense: 0 to 13
+16 Vitality
+38 Intelligence
+8 Life Regen
+2% Mind Numb

As you can see... it doesn't have any damaging Stats like Strength / Dexterity, this is for healing and I use Heavy Weapons for killspeed.

I use this armor on my Guardian to level 60:

Magical mithril chain mail
Level Req: 25
Physical Defense: 26 to 66
Magical Defense: 0 to 18
+40 Strength

As for Samurai or Paladin, I switch this armor @ level 40 to either level 60 or 70 before switching for the level 45 Plate with Intelligence:

Legendary fossilized scale armor
Level Req: 40
Physical Defense: 18 to 72
Magical Defense: 12 to 37
+47 Strength
+1 Mana Regen
+1 Extra Equipment Slots
+1 to 3 Mana per Attack
+1% Quick Draw
+24% Heal Mastery
+1 Jubilance

Basically... for a person to give you a solid Price for that armor, depends on how they play the game... the Mana Regen is obsolete when in a group run, the Dexterity helps for those that don't have Higher Dexterity armor, but in ALL aspects... that armor should NOT be disregarded... shit, you can use it and solo with it and find items to sell on MP and gain more than the FG they say it is worth based on the drops and selling for shrine food, whites and also skillables.

Your choice, especially if you don't have better.
