Ive run into this issue a couple times over the past few months. not currently, but as recent as within the past 2 weeks..

~ cleared internet browser cookies
~ cleared internet browser "temp" folder
~ checked to ensure i had the latest browser update
~ re-booted my fiber-optic modem
~ checked ping latency to the jsp server
~ trace route hops to map my connection to the jsp server including latency at each hub/transfer point.

I posted elsewhere that the problem seems to be on the sites ISP/Host end. there seems to be a buffer overflow probably in the coding on the switch/hub that some periodically get connected to. parameters on the server end need to be set to clear buffers more frequently.

OR.....

the server, and/or the ISP/Host needs to be upgraded again...

on another note.. cloudflare has been buggy too. theres a few other sites that use cloudflare that i frequent; that have the same issue, if not worse at some points.

if you really wanted to go overboard and clean up your own computers..

~ find a registry defrag and defrag your registries ( i use "Glary Utilities")
~ run disk cleanup, and check every box off..
~ defrag your hard drives / optimize your ssd's
~ remove unecessary or never used programs.
~remove unecessary start-up applications
~ ensure updates are completed : afterwhich ( windows 10/11 : select "check storage on the windows update page, and then temporary files select everything but your personal downloads folder and clear it)
~ ensure "storage sense" is turned on.

~ search for and run as administrator "CMD"
~type the following 2 commands in this order

~ sfc /scannow

and.

~ dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (works with win 7, 8, 8.1,10,11)

... if youd really like to delve into your computer you could also do a deep check on the hard drive or ssd's storage by typing in

~ chkdsk /r (will typically require a re-boot and could take as little as as 15 minutes to 12+ hours depending on the condition of your drive and speed of computer)

you can also speed up your internet by changing some settings on your internet adapter within the computer i compiled this years back and have added to it over the years.

search "network connections" > select the adapter you use to connect to the internet.

right click, select "properties" and then "Configure"

navigate to advanced tab and complete the following changes: if applicable** Any other items listed in advanced settings should be bypassed and not changed.

Have tried resetting router, restarting computer, clearing cookies, changing browser, etc. Only seems to be LS and jsp

LS been very laggy for others lately?

Started back in early Dec for me, then went away for a couple weeks towards the end of the month. It's back as of early Jan.

I can play fine in the mornings usually (ET), but starting around noon things start to slow down to the point of ~1s delays for any actions. Doesn't sound like much, but in a group climb it means I end up clicking dead mobs and registering significantly fewer actions, and I essentially can't skill at all. Quite literally, the game ends up being "unplayable".

I've had zero issues before early Dec, and changed nothing about my setup. Playing on a laptop, I've tried using my home WiFi network, hotspotting to my phone over LTE, or even bringing it to a local Starbucks. All other network function is fine and I'm getting 100+ Mbps in everything, except LS.
