well at least staves arent toooo expensive. You could fill a mixed set until you hit ninja

first thing id do is look for a 25/35 dagger or staff

You seem to have more than sufficient MQ gear to get you to MQ level 77.

75-85 vita Base
50 Int Base
EDIT: Rest to dex, but if you want to, you can add more to vita, you have good starting dex and gear I believe.

Doublestrike (if I remember is Monk skill) + Salvation ... Salvation to 40% (6 points) and I believe Doublestrike to 58% (4 points) = you should be level 45, then you can choose whatever you want from there to 55 ... myself personally, 1 more in each = 46% Salvation / 66% Doublestrike.

Or, you could have 2 points into Retribution (as a 3rd ability)... you will be getting hit plenty and this will charge up vs 2-3 monster spawn. and maybe just add to this from 55 upwards.... so by level 75 you will have 40% charge up... but only 2 more levels to MQ.

WHY RETRIBUTION instead of TwoHitBack... simple, you can use Retribution vs 1 monster, you can NOT use TwoHitBack OR Doublestrike vs 1 monster.
