I’m just interested in how you 2 think you help the community. My personal opinion is that skillers are a huge help to the community and it’s economy. I also believe that people in exclusive guilds that primarily run guild only runs don’t help the community in anyway.

To reiterate; I really am interested in how you two think you help the community.

I thought we used to be cool. I remember asking to meet up in person and grab a beer before since you live 3 hours away from me, or you did at the time. All I got in replies were no that would be weird, or some other excuse. I had given that up a decade ago. Since at least 2008 we have known each other, probably longer since I never used forums back in the day and took awhile for me to make the cross over. I must be a slow learner to have asked three times in such a short time period. Only remember once, but three times is probably right. Other then the fundraiser/charity events I hosted in the past, or the gear/fg I've donated. Or the gear that I loan to guild members without second thoughts, or are my guild members not part of the community because its an "exclusive guild"? or does the community only pertain to new slashers or slashers who dont have guilds or in a an exclusive guild?

In the last years I have watched you bid up the prices of EE daggers. Buy EE daggers when you already have an account full of them. You literally had cornered the market on daggers for years. Now with the new muting changes, anyone can make their own gears, so its becoming impossible for you to continue; so you resorted to increasing the prices of the essences you sell so you can still keep your profit margin up just because a pair people are crazy enough gamble that much fg on essences. I've seen you get irritated when someone buys essences from you and makes something great, even make half-hearted comments about not selling them anymore. So yeah, needless to say my perspective of you has changed.

I do remember you trying to meet up with me, but yes, I am/was weirded out by that. That was never anything against you personally. This is the 2nd time I’ve recently seen you saying backhanded comments towards me thought, so I’m obviously not going to be friendly about that.

I don’t try to “corner the market,” but I do believe in capitalism and think if you have an opportunity to buy something cheap that you know you can resell higher then you should obviously do it.

I never get irritated when someone makes good items and profits off my essences. I may make joking comments, but they are jokes...when someone mutes something good, it only increases essence prices(which helps me). I have only increased my essence prices when I’ve seen other muters being able to sell at higher rates. Lately, it’s been the essence buyers increasing what they pay because so many people are hitting big items and making profit.

You are right about me getting irritated with some people in LS because a lot of people haven’t been able to think for themselves and have been taking what the two D2 like spamming trash talkers are saying about me. When I get random people asking what bot I use, it gets annoying that they believe the 2 salty kids that don’t like me and tell people I bot because they don’t want someone they’re not friends with to legitimately do well.

If you took offense to the comment and the comments I made in the past, I apologize for that. They were rude and very undermining. It goes against my character and how I normally treat people. I do feel bad.

Yes, there are people in this community who are very salty and feel some type of way with you because of the amount of times you have bought/resold items. You have done that with an overwhelming majority of EE daggers, so in a way you somewhat did corner the market on them even if you do not view it that way, its the way other people view it. It just gives you a bad image is all. I can see why transmuters increase the prices of their essences, because they are still selling. It blows my mind people pay those prices for essences.

I have seen some people claim that you bot or whatever and have you, but I always defended you and tried to make people see in other lights and perspectives. Either in a post or a pm or discord. I usually try to defend everyone as the overwhelming majority of people are innately good and become a product of their environment which is usually toxic. And I have fallen victim to that environment as you have seen by those last few comments, so Thank you for calling me out.

Also, man you had always been huge help to me, you were pretty much the originally person who got me slashing back in Inferno. So I got a little butthurt when you turned me down for a loan, but I total get it, I was like man we go way back!

Anyway, I have no bad blood here. Hopefully we can still remain friends as this is a small community and we need to be good to each other.

Also, one of the better updates IMO is that if you are running a map/cata and you get dc'd, you reconnect and dont lose your place. Really nice one.

I can’t say I’ll stop believing in buy low, sell high, but I appreciate you talking through it with me instead of doubling down. I never had anything against you before the comments I saw you made and I’ll forget about them. No bad blood here either and of course I’m happy to be good to each other
