Although I like your idea, I do see a minor problem with it, if you were to drop an item into that deposit icon-- which vault category would it be placed into? Would a drop-down menu list of your vault categories then be displayed for you to choose the location for the item?
Not sure if that would be better or worse than just having the Vault appear as it already does in the game, but it's definitely food for thought.

Just have it preset (default) to No Category, and when you go to town or on your PC, you can organize from there. Just a thought to make it simple.

If that would be easiest to implement I would be happy with that, it's better than going to town. I usually use different categories when playing but like you said, can always re-organize later :thumbsup:
