OH, you want to change your tune and say that you will cast on those classes to get rid of Sneaky... or do you make a thread "Help kill Sneaky", or ask Guildy... hey all great... but what if the player DOESN'T do that? So /set easy 1 has a higher chance to spawn Treasure Pest objective?

Where is your proof? I am stating it from actual solo'ing... not group runs, not asking for help to clear Sneaky, and I play Guardians who can not cast, and you think I am talking shit... go remove the carrot, I think it is getting stuck there hard.


look we use this method for mirror mazes, it works within about 5 levels usually now shut up. been tested way over 200 times by MM players.

Wait on, what the fuck are you talking about, you mean the GROUP uses /set easy 1 like a bug (or abusing game mechanics) to spawn Treasure Pest? And it appears within 5 LEVELS of using it?

Wow... of course I wouldn't know that, I solo, just like what the OP posted, see; (Note: and remember, I did not Disuade the OP to NOT try it)

While easy mode does not increase the likeness a given square will be Treasurepest.
It will allow faster exploration thereby increasing odds of stumbling on pest.

/set easy 1

Solo

Both quests are 9/10 found and killed by the group as a whole in 3-5 levels.

Can speak for myself and my guild as well as I know EE and UA can do the same.

It’s for sure been tested and proved by many players.

I like using it when backtracking large explored areas, works a treat.

This was my original post and I don't believe it because I used /set easy 1 a LOT during Session 4 to 5 Hardcore and commented openly:

EDIT: when solo'ing, I want TP before level 50, and a lot of the time before reset, I would get to MQ USING /set easy 1 from level 65+ and still NOT get TP by level 83 or 85 (MQ levels) ... Note: just like most players, I don't like using /set easy 1 because it reduces EPs which give more drop chance of something great.

Treasure Pest always spawns as a 1 wave EP.

Having easy mode off makes it possible to spawn 2 or 3 wave EPs. Limiting yourself to only 1 wave EPs greatly increases your chance of getting it to spawn.

Correct, fundamentally that makes sense may appear to be believable.

So, it would also be faster using Maps with +# EPs right? Especially when you don't know how many EP squares are designated in normal catacomb, it is a random amount that could spawn.

That is not the reason.
If you search a single mob quest chances increase if you limit max spawns to two

It is easy math and it is also true for sneaky
