Quoted the 4 of you for a simple answer.

Are you wanting the Hotkey function to work like Whistling by pressing 1 buttom? Yes or No.

Now, how the hell is that different from swapping gear in your inventory with the gear you have equipped?

Okay... now let me put it this way, You want a Hotkey to switch items from a Mule holding that item with the current character with equipped items and switch back?

Where are those items?

Your Magic Luck gear?
Your Regen Gear?
Your EES Gear?

where are those items (wpn/armor/charm) etc?

Are they in your inventory ready to be swapped or on a mule?

What is the difference here if they are on your character and switching gear? Is it because you are too lazy to Hold Down CTRL while switching gear from Inventory to Equip?????

Tell me what the difference is in speed? 1 click action? Tell me how long it takes to just click?

EDIT: the only way this works if 1 click action (hotkeyed items) revolves around a set of items, like Regen Wpn/Armor/Main charm that all switch out with a simple click action (hotkeyed), so in doing this, you also have to organise it so that you can replace the same items with a hotkey action (wpn/armor/main charm)

So 2 clicks

a hotkey switch, and not in inventory, but technically on character ready to be switched. hotkey switches weapon, charm and armor slot, if said slots were filled with gear on the switch.

items has to be in inventory for hotkeys, what else

without reading much, i guess he means something like the 2nd weapon slot in d2

something similar also just got implemented in my browser game. it is a really nice convinience feature. would be nice in ls, too.


it could also work for role switching in catas/mm. imagine a dd becomes a tank by just one key, or vise versa... or a caster switches to heal setup and heals the full group up. this saves a lot time for all and opens up new oprtunities, which noone uses right now, because its too much of a hassle and consumes inventory slots.

no i love the constant gut fear of accidently shrining or deleting my main gear by accident while switching to regend gear and stuff like that, it just adds so much pleasure to this game to be in constant anguish over maybe losing hundreads of hours of work if you missclick something lulz

edit: ofc this is satire, for anyone not able to determine it by themselves, i voted yes man, why not
