On soft core you can kill yourself to stay the same level endlessly so people will keep a character in the low 60s to farm eps easily.

71+ drops drop off. 55 is generally the lowest you can be and still drop 55s from eps.
this is why i stay at 55.
pass and mq or two on the character first to make more exp loss per death saves from killing alot in a row.
