afaik it's possible, but even level 150 mobs crit you for 3-5k... with 55 gear (even with SCs top end gear) it's probably extremely difficult to impossible to farm level 195 mobs ^^

I believe my suggestion only removed one lower tier by 25 levels;

Level 25 = no more tier I
Level 50 = no more tier I & tier II
Level 75 = no more tier I, II & III.

If I remember correctly, the most common "No" replies and votes cried because of the "skillers" would lose out. Pity I did not save a link to that thread.

Personally think most skills are close to useless and need a major tweaking.

if you want the drop rate to remain the same, then this has potential to completely break our current market.
Every game has a tonne of trash items which drop, in diablo 2 you ignore 99% of the items which drop, it's simply the way of RNG.

Personally I don't think there is a problem. voted no.
If you simply want the ability to not see tier 1/2 drops as you don't need them as shrines then i can't see why not, other than it takes more effort than it's worth for paul to code.

voted yes, but needs some tweaking. something between yours and Rex levels of dropping
doesnt matter though its 16 yes 16 no so wont happen
