At topic... No... reasons have been posted, but, I would like to see all Events have a base of 6 Mod selection EVERYTIME instead of the Random 5, 6 or 7 that currently occurs.

Back to topic... Other than the post about "toggle" Event On/Off which has been suggested in previous threads and the one I mentioned earlier, there was a suggestion similar to yours, but instead of picking, you "PAY" for each selection for the "Event" and also pay for the Duration of it. It was basically pointless as the rich get richer etc and other programming issues since the mechanics could get screwed up.
