Voted yes, easy to shrine items esp when playing on phone. Simple "lock item" so it cant be shrined would be nice.

I like it. Lost 2-3 valuable items so far and I wouldn't mind more safety.

Following is not fully tested, but I believe it may help.

I believe the very first 8 slots in your inventory has a lock feature where your items do NOT switch around when you open/close the window when you have more than 8 items in your inventory ... so, when you find an item(s) that you want to save, but can not transfer out in the middle of the run, then make sure you move that item into the first 8 slots... I can definitely say that the first 6 slots will NOT auto adjust.

EDIT: I pretty much play solo with either 1-20 gear (no need for shrines) or full setup from level 1 upwards. When I eventually need shrines, they are always at the end of my inventory space, and any average above items I normally move them next to my gear and shrine items from the back etc.

I’ve never understood the resistance this community has to quality of life changes. I love the “Paul has more important things to work on” excuse the most because we’re talking about a dev that makes so few changes that when he does finally patch something the whole community is shocked. This would have save so many beautiful items over the years and has the potential to save countless more. Why fight it?

I hope all you people that voted no shrine your best times.

His golf game is more important than anything from this site even though he probably makes a decent living just off the real life currency he receives for owning this site......
