Even though this is a game, in your country that you are from, where does your "taxes" go? to the Law enforcement that protects you? Maybe the education system that helps your children to grow with knowledge, or maybe it is to the Health department that ensures that you have not been in contact with a Viral disease?

What is the difference here in a game that can help a beginner during events like 50%+ Monster difficulty and starting with Tier I items? I am not shy of donating some FG to a beginner, but why it is the responsibility of the other players to do so? Are you willing to give up what ever FG you gain to help new players? I have, I have also given up a shit load of items that are better than what I currently use to build up a Hardcore player base, issue is, they took what was given and sold it for profit and went to SC... thus... this suggestion is about NOT fucking up donators to the game, but utilising what can be available for a new player(s).

EDIT: basically 1 person needs to SELL 100 items @ 1 fg to add 5 forum gold for a new player to access... since it is Core dependent, I have only sold at least 6 items over the past 3 events... what is that, like 6x 0.05 = 0.30 of 1 FG?

donating and helping out the community is for those who enjoy the game and want it to grow, its really great. Let the community do what the community wants to do, dont force it...let it be organic and we will have people that actually want to slash rather than proly find a way to game the system in this :|

You misread my post. I am (or was) an avid donator to this game (8 years playing with @ least 3 breaks), the thing is, the game can no longer run any type of "EVENT" where you can get players to play in either Core or even hold an event for them to "TRY" and get rewarded.

I don't have a link to where "Kalms" posted an event based on X amount of Master Quests attempted on Hardcore before the introduction of a lot of changes like: #1 Whistle, #2 Group catacombs can be made for ANY level, #3 Nerf to Heal Mastery and introducing Element mods on items #4 etc.

There are more, I am lost at how a 2006 forgot all those changes? Unless you are a newb to LS, I could understand.

All this can be avoided by u simply keeping all noob items, then when someone wants to play, we will do our job to send them to u, ur job is to gear them and give them fg, sounds like a plan ill do my job

As simple as you stated in your post, you are lacking in experience. Don't bother quoting people that are BEYOND your comprehension, this is not belittling to you, but those that (for no reason at all) read your failed post.

I at least got your point about this suggestion but I highly doubt about the sense at all.
I would always be happy to see new players on there who are not giving up after a few minutes already.
Im also always glad to help out new ones if it comes to donating starter items (but this ended up like you have described it most of the times)

Everyone of us had to do this step to get into that game at some point. This game requires will and patience but that’s where it already ends again as most of them doesn’t have that.

LS is not a game to make fg with in the beginning.

Earlier days it was simply a little easier to get into ladder slasher as there had been a lot of guilds playing this game and people either saw the „big“ community or just simple got told by friends to go for it.

Simply put, get a job, invest, play or quit
