I said make changes retroactive, peoples old charms would be lowered in value but able to be actually used again.
Yes lower max roll.
Yes fire wind lightning earth.

I am adamant on the idea of "life/mana regen gear" being 3x the current value vs previous or current drops. I would as stated before that the +25 Vitality or Intelligence get a +2 regen effect instead of the current +1. This would be a MINOR influence on Vita / Int equipment for the current builds that need to surpass the level of 71.

I don't want a minor difference though, more regen = more time slashing and less time standing in town >.>

Why influence regen "Gear" to be effective when I offered a solution to Life / Mana Regen on characters themselves? I call it minor because it benefits BUILD types, NOT equipment. Basically I am increasing the +1 Regen from the Vitality to +2, this means still less regen time, but it is a 100% increase for Class Builds making it faster for solo'ers than relying on gear.
