Imo keep the stats as it is, since risk and reward are nice...

Base monster is kind of meh, since it doesnt do much

Reduce the monster difficult spawnrate ?

Keep the other 2 stats ( up till know i didnt even knew they exist ) / dont care either way



Or make it more randomized? I doubt the odds for certent events are weighted

Always one of the folliwing
skill event for faster skill
Quality of life ( no td / no spins / bigger rooms / wl )
Make ir harder ( eps / base stat / monster diff)
Rest which doesnt fit above creteria
0-3 joker which can roll anything

This way we have 4-7 events and monster difficult would be in pool only ones every ~2 weeks

I didnt get that all on my first day of playing ^^ i remember my first mq that i did with a 95ee lvl 25 sword
i collected for many years i put in thousands of hours and alot of fg. If people want to be good they have to work for it.

groups with "average" players are also 2 hour slogs, not really comparable to a UA group using 200ee gear on everyone.




I find it mad that you think that mobs should be able to absolutely brutalise you with your gear to the extent you climb on a mule when there are those with a "95ee level 25 sword" whom can't even kill a single mob during this event level 65+.
Back in december i dealt with a guy whom mq'd with a 100ee level 30 club, Tummz also mq'd with a 50ee level 50 club so it's still happening.



Worked with a bunch of new players over the past few months and it's taken them significant amounts of time to MQ with pretty low gear, in much simpler events.

9 out of the last 10 events had some form of monster difficulty/monster stats etc.
Sure i'm happy enough to see it one in every 2 or 3. but every single event having harder monsters is just stupid.

Well the most events had like 9-20% stronger monsters which isnt that much. 94,44% is ofc outstanding and i wont do many mqs either. I will try to focus on doing some Wellables in the mid lvl and see if i can get a nice drop. Stronger monsters --> better chances for drops.

This thread wouldn't even exist right now if we hadn't basically had some form of monster difficulty almost non-stop for the past couple months
Ttim wants to make it more random. Go figure some people get bored of this mod after awhile.



So what you're saying is you think the majority of new players will "want to be good" by playing the game during monster difficulty events?
That sounds like BWConformity, and I guess there are a ton of players like him. That's why he owns the guild Solo Player.
