Easy mode works on every class, also i think after 70 it still works but diff way, like 1-3 normal monster still but 1ep always.

No. /set Easy 1 wouldn't even make sense if it only worked on feeder. It wouldn't exist. Only /set easy 0 would exist. I guarantee it works. Until level 70. Then it's gone.

Perhaps I'm mistaken. I'll retest the next time I opt to use easy mode. Not this event for sure. I'll get back to you. Tracking topic for future reference.

U can enter /set easy 1 when entering catacombs and it enables the easy mode: max 2 regular mobs or 1 ep (until lvl 70, then it's back to 3 regular mobs, but 1 ep only).
