Look at it this way... 12 + 6 = 18, you don't count the day you are on, you count the day after as being 1.

Like renting out a place, you don't count the second they move in as a day, if they moved in @ 1.00pm on the 12th of January, a full day is 1.00pm on the 13th of January, and a Week is 1.00pm on the 19th of January.

I think you need to re-evaluate how you do the Scandal Sheet... I used to take it from 9.00pm my Saturday to the next 9.00pm Saturday, but it changed somehow, you used to get it right before, what changed.
