tbh to rebalance this, remove wells from level 1-10 though.
If 4 people levelled to 10 i'd imagine 1 of them would find a well, they're reasonably common on the small maps i find, this would just be silly in locating them at those levels.
But when you have a massive map this would be pretty cool.
