This has been an ISO for Lpot for months... He was excited that someone had listed one on the MP and then was sad when it turned out it was a trade meant for someone else. This was an honest mistake and despite the disappointment Lpot did the right thing here. I know you'll do the right thing for Powertripped too Dan... I just hope it's sooner rather than later. It's saddening because Laby has always been a guild of integrity and high standing and here we have a laby guy whose really been running roughshod these last few months doing all these BM things and when caught tries to play the wasnt me card or plays clueless. Even more ironical is him trying hard to Get Bodi locked for leaving laby with some of their loaner gear. Threw this big fit about it about how scummy it was and all that. And now here we are watching Bob888 doing it multiple times. Small player base left in the game. If guilds don't hold their members accountable for actions when the site rules are grey and allow it to happen then if the community doesn't hold the person accountable whats left? diminishes the player base even more. Puts more of a cloud over peoples heads and makes it where they wont play or not want to log on.

But hey by all means no one do anything about it.

there is a grey area. I put up fg the pm clearly shows i was the intended buyer. He knew i was on to get it and he waited for his chance and he snipped it and then bragged everywhere since. what hes done a few times now.

There is no grey area, you know how LS's mp works, it sucks but even sending 100K fg upfront cant assure you an item on the mp
you should rather ask for a trading system instead of dragging this in SA. Because Im sure you already know it but there is no scam in Ladder Slasher, you are just wasting everyone's time

True no scamming in ls. At the same time that doesnt mean we just sit back and accept this behavior. Scamming in ls pertains to items only. Here im also out of fg. Add this to the other things hes been doing that everyone else continues to post paints a good picture of his character. So maybe the mods don't do anything in the sa thread or not he can still be held accountable from his guild and peers. If not its the same as we all condone it.

As it stands there is no defense for the agreed on buyer or guarantee for the seller.
