The reson why we want this is because what Alt was saying,
The ppl who actually play this game and really want to go for the reset burn out, and it's not because they play alot, it's because they are forced to drive.

Most of us dont want to drive, so removing the xp penalty would work great because everyone who actually wants to drive (feeder or whatever you are) COULD.

For someone who's active from the beginning of a season and are somewhat lucky are forced to drive the whole god damn season.

People ask for penalty, isnt the door system penalty enough? I mean 1/120 climbs to pass on a 5door class, 720 on a alchy...

This is the dumbest thing I've heard 5+ stats is NOT 5% dmg... all weapons except for charm have less than 1stat=1ee
and even if it was 5ee that's not 5% more dmg.

Wouldn't matter if everyone had 0% or not. Niclas already stated the problem, 99% of the community is lazy, and unless you FORCE the fatties that backrow every climb to drive, you will be doing it if you want to run in a group. I've watched people on the highest class leave games when I told them drive or gtfo, and I have left games when I've driven 2-3 in a row and am the lock/hunter/alch. So this suggestion is moot really, and would ONLY benefit us if we are soloing imho.

Outside of what I just stated, it is also prevalent that you change your game play based on the penalty by switching drivers in intervals.
Once again the penalty can be dealt with by using Glyphs to gain experience on the higher level characters, or, if the highest level character is the driver who only gets XP glyphs.
Then you also still have "Whistling" which still produces 1.5 hour runs from 1-71 without exploring in full groups, where is the driving?

i understand whats the problem. im having an alch every season which lasts forever. I think the penalty is too high

Still i voted NO. Why? i dont think it needs to be removed, it just needs to be adjusted. 5% each class or whatever it is is too much.
Im Not going too much into numbers since i cannot prove them anyway. But for example : Make it 2.5% each class or something , that way its somehow possible for a high class to counter act the penalty with glyphs or gear.

Im having big troubles in whistle games when i am not driving, i fall behing around 6-8 levels to 55 and i am not able to catch up on explore to 71, group mostly needs to explore to 73/74 to get me 71, which im not comfortable with in every group.
Im having less troubles in full explore climbs , thats doable with glyphs and going to 72 driverlevel


so this problem only affects whistling alot . i think it could be adjusted :)

That option is probably the best for alot of ppl who have xp gear, make them climb feeders and drive with it and no1 fall behind, nom nom
