Just did a small sample size on hc to back up my findings from the night before since there's some split opinions, hope this helps. I only did melee. May do a heal after.
https://image.ibb.co/nmdboF/proph.jpgDid a heal one now too. I did use one tier lower which the last time I ran tests it always yielded around 33% off the creditable actions. Another 100 and it came back with 35. I had zero on this char to start with. Again small sample and solo. Doesn't seem to me like theres been any change Rex, not sure what you're seeing or doing to get that difference in heal point return.

Not sure how 392 actions did not yield more than 35 prof points. My comment is based on a level 51 character solo'ing and using the following where 99% of heal actions yielded a Prof point to maximum [being 15 in this event]
Mystical diamond spear
Level Req: 40Damage: 231 to 405
+95% Enhanced Effect
+159 Max Life
+4% Mana Syphon
Mythical adamantium plate mail
Level Req: 35Physical Defense: 37 to 111
Magical Defense: 0 to 20
+13 Dexterity
+32 Intelligence
+13% Experience Gained
+1% Mind Numb
+4% Magical Damage Reduction
Godly focused heal IX
Level Req: 30Heals: 197 to 236
Mana Cost: 69
+112% Enhanced Effect
+31 Max Mana
+5 Magic Luck
+1 to 44 Life per Kill
+1 to 10 Mana per Kill
+2% Physical Damage Reduction
+2% Power Shot
+2% Glancing Blow
Now, based on your calculations, I should only yield a 33% ratio when healing using level 30 heal vs level 52 monsters? Is this correct?
EDIT: just going to run wave tests and only healing based on this character and gear, current prof for focus heal is:
4561 / 6000 (76.01%)
Level 51 (3%)
