Although maybe guilty in the past, I agree 100% not everyone needs to 1-3 hit mobs in order to play ESPECIALLY when grouping up.

Is it our job to encourage newcomers to play, or is it the game developer?
and Juston isn't lying in his post. Most people who is playing this game is old ones who been around, and their gear cost 30k-100k.
He didn't say you must invest 30k+ to play this game. But you kind get what you pay for in this game. The more you invest the more fun it will be, and its kinda like this in all games isn't it?

No the 100ee average gear is the 2k I posted earlier I never said you need to spend this much. I said thats what most of the player base has paid to get there good gear

So there is option to buy eq for like 150fg and club with other people? Need low items Or need more fg?

TBH Most ppl wont play with ppl who have bad gear, so the more you invest the more wanted you will be in climbs.
Ofc if you become more trustworthy and are a good clicker some guild will take you in and let you borrow gear, but for now as a new member to this site that will be hard for you.

Mount Olympus takes in alot of ppl you could see if they would let you in, they also drag alot of ppl who doesnt really have any gear, but as I said before no1 will really lend you any gear till they know you better.

You can struggle to mq with 150fg, and im pretty sure it will be hard to find groups with that little effort.

there is absolutely Options. for example you could probably find a EE club, EE Armor, and a Str Charm For 150 total for MQ plus 150 FG more for the lower levels to get you there.

as long as you are good natured, polite in game, and you click hard, most people will climb with you.

so for example, you get a T3 club- 1 fg.

T10 club with 50 EE, 1-2 Fg.

T20 or 25 club with 60-80 EE 1-5Fg

T35 or 40 60-80 EE 30-40FG ( or less)

T50-55 100EE club 75-100FG. This is the most important as you are guaranteed to use it for at least 15 levels, or 20 if you buy a 50.

Armors-

T3 with EE- 1fg

Level 15 or 20 or 25 with EE- 10-20FG

Level 45 or 50 with EE- 50-75FG.


Charms, T3 with Str 1 fg

Leve 20-25 with Str 10-30FG.

Total = Approximatly 300 FG.

It is totally reasonable for a person to put together their first climbing set for Party play for a couple hundred FG.

As Otter is saying, clubs are dirtcheap
But the one problem is, you can only play with them as a feeder to start with, so if you pass your mq, you will be forced to invest into another set
Therefore swords are better cause they can take you from feeder - samy - paly, yes they are a bit more expensive, but you will go much longer with them.

Also If you want to play in groups, as a low dmg maker (if u buy low end ee items) it would be better if you bought EE armors instead of stat gear, that means ppl have use for you as a tank, so it wouldnt hurt their groups too much of just having you infront taking damage (ofc u need to be active and click still, but you get the point, no1 likes slackers)...

I'd recommed you to start as a barb, and litterly buy whatever kind of item that works for barb with ~70-100ee whenever you feel that your current one is lacking damage, you can go with same wep for 15lvls a time in the beginning.
Do a soloclimb and see what you think about the game before you spend too much.

This is not a game you make forum gold of, this is a game where you lose ur forum gold because you want better gear at all times.

Agreed get some basics see if you enjoy the game. It deft is not for everyone. If you do enjoy it you will slowely start upgrading your gear for more enjoyment. That's how I started anyways. I'm not the best but i feel people have started to play with me more as I progressed and upgraded
