Good reasons for skilling to be account bound. As he is saying all the HC don't even used on main cause scared of dying. SC doesn't lose it on death. HC doesn't lose it on death. Might as well make it account bound and just makes it more convenient for everyone. All other Prof can stay same to maintain HC play style
