Sad to say after what it used to be... but it's useless now.
Even if it's a secondary or third mod, it provides nothing extra, and doesn't change the value of the item.

Its like the game. Used to be good

life steal isnt helping much if you do whistle.. but if you fight vs eps it is actually pretty useful.. if you have longer fights against low dmg eps like shamans, life steal is a great mod.
i still would highly suggest not to focus too much on this mod.. make sure you get high stats/crit/ee... some life steal is always a decent add.. but not more.
life steal or life per attack is also decent for soloing with a good tank armor to stretch your life a bit.. still nothing to focus on

I was going to get it as an add on ee armor and str charm.

life steal is shit. i have it on multiple items, never does anything useful. actually, high end lpa can be better.
