I get really bad carpal tunnel, what I found that helped is to adjust my chair after several hours so my wrist is at a different angle, another thing that helps. stretching in between every climb. There are some good videos on YouTube for stretching

My doctor said this was an option before one of those pliable wrist casts.

Edit: lol, I just told him it was from Jerking off too much so I wouldn't be embarrassed and say it was from ladder slasher xd

they are 100% real. no doubt about that.!

A bit hard since im in Thailand atm, will be home dec 13-14th, not sure yet, but whenever i get home sure thing, we can talk about them chickens or ducks or whatever ^
