I don't think Paul has any problem with +10% prof gain on a special map like this. The currently running event gives more prof now on some way.
And what you pointed out is okay, but on lvl 30+ map you may spend hours coz too big and may you over level it, you know what I mean... :) My idea would work as a quest what gives you special rewards instead of using an average map.
I made the lvl req rather high (especially for 3+ players) coz I wanted to avoid farming situation. :)

No you can't whistle for higher level mobs, you can only fight higher level mobs while whistling (not being leader). Yes you CAN fight higher level mobs exploring and run into EPs, this is called a trap door.
Seems like a good idea, but poorly executed on 90% of mechanics on game :/
Something like
Monster difficulty scales with your level. level 1 : 1%, level 55 : 55%
Would be a much better approach and you could remove some of what you posted except the super chest etc because MDif already does most of them.
The size of the map is always scales with level
There's no lvl requirements on the map. You can use it on every lvl
Monster difficulty scales with your level. level 1 : 1% increased level 55 : 55% increased
At the end: Super Chest (a really super one)
At the end: +10% Chance to get +1 guild point

The quantity of the map is always 1Something to be added that would remove the whole map aspect, is just a mode that increases monster difficulty based on level, such as whistle with the level scaling Mdif or some kind of Chain map that does the same but for exploring
